The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by Bouche Bée. Bouche Bée reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Bouche Bée or if Bouche Bée considers that the Customer is at risk of non-payment. Bouche Bée reserves the right to ask the Customer for any additional information it deems necessary, such as proof of identity or address. If the Customer does not reply within 5 days of placing the order, the order and payment will be cancelled. Bouche Bée undertakes to honour orders received only within the limits of available stocks.

 

Deliveries in mainland France

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm will be dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 1pm will be dispatched within 48 hours.
  • Orders placed from Friday after 1pm to Sunday evening will be dispatched the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Due to sanitary restrictions, a delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible. We thank you in advance for your indulgence.

Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and Bouche Bée cannot be held liable in the event of failure to meet delivery deadlines.

 

International deliveries

International delivery is by Colissimo / UPS / FEDEX or DHL. Shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Costs and delivery times vary according to destination:

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check with his local customs office for the amount of these taxes.

For countries outside the European Union, shipping times can be up to 3 weeks, and delivery times after shipment are 5 to 8 working days.

Customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of the order date. Returns for orders shipped within and outside mainland France are at the customer's expense.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange or refund must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

Si l'article est refusé par Bouche Bée, celui-ci est renvoyé au Client aux frais de Bouche Bée sans que le Client ne puisse exiger quelque compensation que ce soit. Si le retour n'a pas été annoncé par le client, un bon achat est automatiquement créé et envoyé au client.

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, such as the Bouche Bée pouch - if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed(see our GTC for more details).

Orders placed on the Bouche Bée website cannot be returned or exchanged in pop-up stores.
