The command

The order is validated once payment has been accepted by Bouche Bée . Bouche Bée reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Bouche Bée or if Bouche Bée considers that the Customer carries a risk of non-payment. Bouche Bée then reserves the right to ask its Customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. If there is no response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are canceled. Bouche Bée undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

Our shipping times are as follows:

  • For any order placed Monday to Friday before 1 p.m., the order will be shipped within 24 hours.
  • For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 1 p.m., the order will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • For any order placed from Friday after 1 p.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be shipped the following Monday.
  • For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.

Due to health restrictions, a delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible, we thank you in advance for your indulgence.

International Deliveries

Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the Customer to find out their amount from their local customs office.

Returns and Exchanges

Would you like to return a product to us? No worries ! For any returns, please send us a short email to contact@bouchebee.com to notify us. Please specify: your order number , the product(s) returned, the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange or a voucher. or refund. This way you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and greater speed in its management.

Any Customer may request an exchange or refund of their item within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange or refund must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

It is not necessary to attach any document to the package.

We advise you to choose a mode of transport with a tracking number. Without tracking number, we will not accept any claims.

In addition, so that your return is processed as quickly as possible, we advise you to also report it by email to contact@bouchebee.com.

If the item is refused by Bouche Bée, it is returned to the Customer at Bouche Bée's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a purchase voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.

When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions – for example, a gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, such as the Bouche Bée pouch – if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer fills the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed ( see our T&Cs for more details ).

Orders placed on the Bouche Bée website cannot be returned or exchanged in pop-up stores.
